Brníčko - the ruin of the castle is situated near Zábřeh; it was conquered in 1471 and has been desolate since 1513
New Castle (Nový hrad) - the ruin of one of the largest castles in Moravia; the castle was built in the 14 century and destroyed during a war led by the king George of Poděbrady (Jiřík z Poděbrad)
Rabštejn - the ruin is located near vilage Bedřichov; it was most highly situated castle in Moravia
Úsov - one of the oldest castles in northern Moravia, a part of the building has a trait of a chateau; a hunt-forester museum was established there in 1898
Water Stronghold (Vodní tvrz) - a Ghotic water stronghold in the center of Jeseník town was rebuilt to a castle in the 18 century; in the castle there is a museum of homeland studies
Žulová - Frýdberk - the ruin of the castle was rebuilt to a church with a cemetery
Bludov - built in the 17. century, presently closed for public becauce of a historical research
Jánský vrch - the first written mention of the chateau is dated back to 1307, presently it is the only enabled historical monument in Jeseník region
Kolštejn - originally it was a Gothic castle, its parts were later rebuilt to a large Renaissance chateau; there is a nice view to the surroundings from the rests of the ruins; some exhibitions of contemporary art and other cultural projects are organised there
Velké Losiny - originnaly there was a fortress built in the 15 century, it was rebuilt to a large Renaissance chateau in the 16 century, later – in the 17 and 18 century – rebuilt again in a baroque style; presently there are some historical exhibitions situated
Technical monuments are still more and more interestig for tourists in the recent years and are one of the reasons to visit the region. The most frequent technical monument in Jeseníky region is The Dlouhé Stráně Pumped-Storage Hydro Power Station. About 40 000 tourists visit the power station every year

The Dlouhé Stráně Pumped-Storage Hydro Power Station (Přečerpávací vodní elektrárna Dlouhé Stráně) - this hydroeletric installation is the biggest one in the Czech Republic, its eletrical output is the second biggest in Europe; the gradiant is the highest one in the Czech Republic and made use of the height difference between The Divoké Desné Dam and the reservoir at the peak Mravenečník; the power station is opened for public
The hand papermill in Velké Losiny (Ruční papírna ve Velkých Losinách) - the papermill was established at the end of 16 century; this technical monument is unique in whole Europe and was declared as a National Ciltural Monument by Czech Government in 2001; visitors can see an exhibition of history of making paper
The Goldbearing Mills in The Valey of Lost Adits (Zlatorudné mlýny v údolí Ztracených štol) - gold dust has lodged into drifts for millions of years; visitors can see an open-air museum of a mining town and fully functional goldbearing mills

The Graveyard Church of The Holy Cross in Javorník (Hřbitovní kostel sv. Kříže v Javorníku) - the creation of the church is dated back to the 13 century, the architecture is a combination of the Romanic and the Ghotic style
The Church of Lady Day in Šumperk (Kostel zvěstování Panny Marie v Šumperku) - the minster, which is a part of a former Dominican monastery, is dated back to the 13 century, but it has been rebuilt in the Baroque style
The Saint Martin Church in Žárová (Kostel sv. Martina v Žárové) - the wooden church was built in 1611 by Jetřich of Žerotín; the timbered appearance of the late Gothic church is still in the unconverted condition; the main altar is dated back to 1717
The Saint Michal Church in Maršíkov (Kostel sv. Michala v Maršíkově) - the timbered, late Ghotic building with Renaissance interior is dated back to 1609; the look of the church is almost unconverted
The Pilgrimage Church of Virgin Mary in Zlaté Hory (Poutní kostel Panny Marie Pomocné ve Zlatých Horách) - a lot of pilgrims seek strenght, constalation, encouragement or recovery there; all premises were demolished in 1973 and in 1990’s they were built again
The former convent of Ursulines in Jeseník (Bývalý klášter voršilek v Jeseníku) - a huge coplex of buildings with a chapel was built in the 19 century, nuns have been very important for knowledge in the region for almost two hundred years; presently there is a school and the chapel is a center of cultural life of the city
The Saint Joseph Churh – Žulová/Frýdberg (Kostel sv. Josefa – Žulová/Frýdberg) - the rests of an original Gothic castle have been rebuilt to the classistic church, presently it is an architectural rarity of the region
